[認真過每一天，不讓自己後悔No Day, But Today!]
既然過去所造成的錯誤已成事實無法挽回
就不該再為過去感到懊悔自責定罪
也不需要為明天擔憂
因為明天自有明天該擔心的事
一天的難處一天擔就夠了
況且我們也不知道明天會是怎樣
但是我們可以把握今日
可以活在當下
把自己本分做好
不讓自己後悔
這樣就算明天不在這個世上
也可以安然見主
要做就開心做 要不就不要做
給自己壓力這麼大是要幹甚麼？
就認認真真的當個人吧！
把該做的做好
不要等到最後一刻才後悔
這是大一受的教訓 要記牢
改變 永遠不嫌太遲
天下萬事都在變 唯一不變的是祂的愛
是昨日今日一直到永遠 永不改變的愛
祂會給我面對挑戰與挫折還有站起來繼續奔跑的力量
並有智慧和節制管理時間
讓我能忠心又有果效
“Who will say anything against the saints of God? It is God who makes us clear from evil; Who will give a decision against us? It is Christ Jesus who not only was put to death, but came again from the dead, who is now at the right hand of God, taking our part. Who will come between us and the love of Christ? Will trouble, or pain, or cruel acts, or the need of food or of clothing, or danger, or the sword? As it is said in the holy Writings, Because of you we are put to death every day; we are like sheep ready for destruction. But we are able to overcome all these things and more through his love. For I am certain that not death, or life, or angels, or rulers, or things present, or things to come, or powers, or things on high, or things under the earth, or anything which is made, will be able to come between us and the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” （Romans 8:33-39）
